About
I am Licensed in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist (#158768).
I received my MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles and completed my undergraduate studies at UCLA. My clinical training was in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at Valley Community Counseling Clinic, in North Hollywood. I am a member of the Los Angeles Institute and Society for Psychoanalytic Studies, as well as the New Center for Psychoanalysis, where I am completing my second year of post-graduate training in child and adolescent psychoanalytic psychotherapy. I conjointly work as a group therapist supporting teenagers and young adults at Community West, an outpatient mental health treatment center in West LA, where I facilitate process groups, creative arts groups, and psychoeducation groups on depression and anxiety management. I currently serve on the board of directors at Valley Community Counseling Clinic.
As a musician with a background in experimental voice and physical theater, I bring with me a longstanding appreciation for listening and responding from many levels.
